Our Weekend Celebration Services take a lot of people to make them work, from ushers and greeters to the parking team to the patio team to the children’s team and everywhere in-between. If you call our services home, we ask that you join one of these teams and use the unique gifts that God has given you to help make these services happen. If you’re new to RHHB, here are some of the ways you can play a part on the weekends:
Patio | Welcome Team
Serve through helping people feel both welcomed and informed at RHHB. This team is responsible for running all of our patio tables during our weekend services and helping people understand everything going on at RHHB and how they can be a part of it. This group will also rotate going to picnics and events trying to make sure everyone is feeling included and a part of our community.
Setup | Teardown Team
This team plays an integral part in our weekend services. It takes a crew of dedicated people who are willing to set up and tear down each weekend in order for our services to happen.
Parking Team
Be one of the first to greet our family and guests with a smiling face as they come to services on the weekend. Help them find parking spaces and get into celebration services safely.
Greeter Team
Be the front door to RHHB’s weekend celebration services. Greeters help by welcoming, informing, and greeting each person with a warm hello, handshake, and smile.
Usher Team
The usher team is an energetic group who serves people during RHHB’s weekend celebration services. They help people find people seats, facilitate worship through corporate giving, and organize our service locations.
Production Teams
The Production Teams hold a major part of the look, feel, and sound of RHHB. They ensure that everything is seen and heard by everyone in every room. They help facilitate a worshiping and learning environment in the following ways:
Lighting Team
From atmosphere and drama to creating an environment that fosters reverence during worship, the Lighting Team enhances RHHB’s Celebration Services and events through the creative [and practical] medium of lights.
Lyrics Team
The Lyrics Team is a behind-the-scenes extension of the worship team. This team prepares song lyrics for each service/event at which they are needed, and follows the worship team’s lead to enable every person to participate in worship.
Audio Team
The Sound Team strives to provide RHHB celebration services and events with excellence in sound. The goal is to deliver and record music and messages clearly and accurately, without distracting people.
Technical Video Team
The Technical Video Team works with the creative video team to document all RHHB services and events, and provide the best possible experience in the overflow room with a live feed of the Celebration Service.
Children’s Teams
Our Children’s Teams show our kids the love of Jesus every Sunday morning through teaching, games, creative expressions, and more. They also come alongside parents in the parents’ role as primary nurturers of their children’s faith in ongoing ways.
Worship Team
Our Worship Team leads people toward encountering God and His Holy Spirit through music in our weekend gatherings. It’s our desire that our times of worship would be expectant, responsive, sacrificial, excellent, humble, and Biblical.
Admin Team
The Admin Team uses their organizational and administrative gifts to handle tasks like data entry, supplies, etc.
